The oriental bath
A short walk from the Jardins de la Fontaine, Tataouine Les Bains keeps the art of the oriental bath alive in the city centre of Nîmes. Warm stone, enveloping steam, precise gestures: people come to wash, to unwind and to take their time.
The place is modern, the ritual ancestral: an urban pause, a few steps from the shops and the old town. The entry can be enjoyed on its own or completed with a scrub, a wrap or a massage. Children have their own formula, the Hammam Kids.
The benefits of heat
In the moist heat of the hammam, the body warms up, muscles loosen, tiredness fades. Cleansed of its impurities, the skin comes out clear and soft. All these benefits share a single watchword: relaxation.
The relaxation area
After the heat, take your time. The relaxation area and its tea corner, open to all, extend the pause: swap your clothes for a bathrobe, pour yourself a tea and let the calm do the rest.
