Access your data, or delete your account
Your client area holds your points, your visits and your gift cards. You can download all your data there, and delete your account. Enter your email address: we will send you a sign-in link.
Your other rights
- Rectification: your date of birth, your language and your preferences are changed in your client area; the front desk corrects your name, phone and email.
- Objection to emails: the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every offer email, or the preferences of your client area.
- Portability: downloading your data from your client area gives you a machine-readable file.
- Restriction: write to us and we will suspend the use of your data while we look into your request.
- Complaint: you may refer the matter to the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or www.cnil.fr.
